In this course, over 3 classes, we will go through a simulated vendor selection process as it would occur in the real world. Beyond the frameworks and processes introduced in Selecting the Right Marketing Tech 101 class, – a prerequisite – in this masterclass we will explore the nuances of business case development, operational impact and organizational change required to introduce a new technology into a go to market motion.
